Abilities Network/Project ACT is part of the Maryland Childcare Resource Network. Collaborating with Maryland Family Network, Project ACT provides training, coaching, and onsite technical assistance to all licensed child care providers in Baltimore, Harford and Cecil Counties.

The MSDE funded Infant &Toddler Special Needs Training Grant provides training free of charge to providers serving children birth through age 3 in their licensed child care setting. The training provides core of knowledge hours in the area of special needs and is designed to foster inclusive practices to support infants and toddlers with special needs.
