    Board President

    Andrew has been a member of Abilities Network’s Board since 2011. He is currently a member of the Executive Committee, Senior Services Advisory Committee, and 2015 Love Abilities 5K Run & 2K Fun Walk Committee. He served on the 2014 50th Anniversary Steering Committee. Andrew is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.

    Leslie joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2013.  She currently serves on the Project ACT Advisory Board and Executive Committee.  She served on the 2014 50th Anniversary Steering Committee. As an attorney at the Maryland Disability Law Center, Leslie is an advocate for individuals with disabilities.

    David has been involved with Abilities Network since 2002. David is currently a member of the Executive Committee and supports networking among Board members. He served on the 2014 50th Anniversary Steering Committee and has served as past president of the Board.  David is a Senior Vice President at Blue & Obrecht Realty.

    Past President

    Maxine has been involved with Abilities Network since 2000.  Maxine is also a member of the Project ACT Advisory Board and Executive Committee. She served on the 2014 50th Anniversary Steering Committee.  Maxine is the owner of Playkeepers.

    At Large

    Tina has been involved with Abilities Network since 2014 and joined the Board in July 2015. Tina is an active contributor and committee member for Love Abilities 5K Run & 2K Fun Walk, the agency’s signature, annual event.  She is the Founder and CEO of The Beliveau Group of Cummings & Company Realtors.

    At Large

    Leete joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2011 and is a member of the Finance Committee. He is an attorney with Fedder & Garten. Prior to joining the firm, Leete was the sole law clerk for the three Judges of the Orphans’ Court for Baltimore City.

    Chris joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2014 and is a member of the Finance Committee. He is a First Vice President – Financial Advisor at RBC Wealth Management.

Sam has been a member of Abilities Network’s Board since 2011.  Since then, Sam and his family have generously supported Abilities Network’s annual 5K Run/2K Fun Walk event with free ice cream sundaes, to the delight of children and adults alike. Sam resides in Howard County.

Perry Jay Foreman, M.D.

Sinai Hospital of Baltimore

Dr. Foreman joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2014 and is the Chair of the Epilepsy Professional Advisory Board. He is the Director of the Epilepsy Center at Sandra and Malcolm Berman Brain & Spine Institute at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.

Kendra Heyde, CPA, MBA

Allegis Group

Kendra joined Abilities Network’s Board in July 2015. She is the International Controller at Allegis and is an internationally experienced financial executive with experience within businesses that are rapidly growing, complex, and entrepreneurial.  Kendra is an active member of the 2015 Love Abilities 5K Run & 2K Fun Walk Committee, which plans Abilities Network’s signature annual fundraiser.

William A. Kessler

Bill joined Abilities Network’s Board since 2012 and is a member of the Finance Committee. Bill is a Senior Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

Michael W. Lochte, CPA

Mike has been involved with Abilities Network for over 11 years and currently serves as the Chair of the Finance Committee. He is the President at Lochte & Company, P.A.

 Keith Malfa

Lundbeck

Keith joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2014. He is a CNS Account Manager at Lundbeck and serving a second round as co-chair of the Love Abilities 5K Run/2K Walk, the agency’s annual, and signature fundraiser.  Through his work at Lundbeck, Keith collaborates with Abilities Network on epilepsy-related projects and, having a personal connection to epilepsy, is an advocate for individuals with epilepsy and seizures.

Paul F. Obrecht

Paul has been involved with Abilities Network since 2004 and has contributed his time and talents to numerous special event committees. He was an active contributor to the agency’s 50th Anniversary Steering Committee charged with planning and executing a year of celebratory events in 2014. Paul is a Senior Vice President at Blue & Obrecht Realty.

Dan Ramsey

The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company

Dan joined Abilities Network’s Board in 2012 and is a member of the Finance Committee. Dan is a Senior Project Manager with The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.

Brandon M. Scott

Baltimore City Councilman-District 2

Brandon joined the Abilities Network Board in July 2015. He is a community leader, public servant and lifelong resident of Baltimore City. Brandon began his service to the people of Baltimore as a Site Program Specialist for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Maryland.

Trent Stroup

Johns Hopkins University

Trent has been a member of Abilities Network’s Board since 2013. He is the Director of Information Systems Development & Alumni Relations at Johns Hopkins University. Trent has a personal connection to epilepsy and is the President of the Stroup Kids for Kids Epilepsy Foundation.

Michael Zuidema

Director, Chesapeake Corporate Advisors, LLC

Mike joined Abilities Network’s Board of Directors in 2013 and played an active role on Abilities Network’s 50th Anniversary Steering Committee which planned a year of celebratory events in 2014. He is also active in securing sponsorships for the agency’s 5K Run and 2K Fun Walk annual signature fundraiser.
